We switched to ANTS Technology several months ago at my business, and in my 30 years of owning my own business, this was the smartest decision I have made!! We switched from Uverse to ANTS, and I could not believe how much faster our internet is! Additional benefit is that it is MUCH cheaper! ANTS is a local business, and a real person answers the phone when you call. All the staff at ANTS are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. And if you need help, they are very quick to respond. I have only had to call once (and it turned out to be my fault), but the tech was here in minutes, and even though it was not their problem, he still helped me correct the problem. They are committed to good customer service and work hard to be sure customers are pleased. We are thrilled with their service and with them as a company. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We full time RV and stay at an RV park in Terrell, TX for the winter. I’m also an avid Microsoft Flight Simulator fan and if you don’t know the sim is a WiFi hog which RV’s parks are not fond of. I usually have to run the sim using all the lowest settings in order for it to run. Anyway, while there my son offered to sell me his 1 year old gaming laptop (mine is 6 years old) at a really good price so I bought it. The bad part is the download size of the Flight sim plus the other purchases comes to just over 200gb’s. The RV parks WiFi download speed on a good day at best is about 3mbps. After about 5 hours with less than a gig downloaded I gave up cuz I’m too old to wait that long.
Not knowing a whole lot about the outside world of WiFi and not knowing that libraries and a lot of stores having free accessible WiFi I came to the conclusion that i would have to contact an internet service directly to see if I can work something out with them.
I found a local internet provider company (Ants-Technology) located a few miles from the RV park and called them up.
Now mind you, I am not a customer. I explained my situation and with open arms they said come on down! You’re more than welcome to do what I needed to do! I walked in and was greeted by Jeramy and soon after I met Robert. Both were very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions about their company and the work they did while my laptop was downloading. A couple of very knowledgeable people. Amazing!
I had to return the following day as it took a couple of hours for the initial download but ran out of time to finish. This was no problem for them and welcomed me back anytime.
I showed up the next day and this time the owner, Terry, was there. Super nice, friendly, and always had a smile. He too, made me feel like I was one of them. The place and people were all a great experience!
I highly recommend Ants-Technology for your internet needs. Just from being there observing I could tell they care about service, about their customers, and they are just unbelievably smart. Thank you Jeramy, Robert and Terry for allowing me to see behind the scenes and for allowing me to do what i needed to do. Also, thank you for being friendly, patient, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more!!!

The Law Offices of Houston Smith, P.C. are so pleased with ANTS Technology! Jeremy and Robert respond to my questions/concerns very quickly, and they have great customer service.
